Freedom in Empowered Decisions with Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)
Do you have difficulty in making decisions? We’ll look at some of the limiting beliefs that may be getting in the way of a clear yes, clear no or a not yet.
Some key elements we will honor tonight:
You are worthy of love and it begins with you.
We don’t have to be defined by our past.
Reducing the emotional charge will give access to the ability to make good decisions.
All decisions made prior to today have brought us to the here and now.
You have the right to choose for yourself.
We’ll choose a few examples of decisions people would like clarity on and tap on those, as time allows. Group tapping is powerful and our goal is to reduce the level of emotional charge for the courageous volunteers and participants on the call. Let’s break free from some limiting beliefs and find the freedom to make empowered decisions.
