Join Facilitators Michelle Payne of Beyond Therapy and Diane DiFrancesco of Connect to Your Joy as we guide teens to use their imagination, creativity and experiential exercises to create a vision for their life.

This special edition Vision Board workshop geared towards teens combines the exploration of powerful questions, visualization tools and techniques so your teen can create a life that they love filled with joy.

We will have Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) Group Tapping sessions to release blocks and gain access to the power of a vision. We'll share a bit of the science and provide the supplies for your teen to create a vision board step-by-step so they will leave with powerful images that can carry them through the teen years and beyond.

As a bonus, all adults or parents that come to the workshop to champion their teen(s) will also be able to create a vision board for themselves!

We will also have a special breakout session for the teens (can include EFT) and another for the adults so everyone can keep the momentum going beyond this session.

Tickets include presentation, breakouts, vision board supplies and light refreshments for 1 teen and one adult. If you’d like to bring more than one teen, please contact us so we can work with you on special discounted pricing.
